He advertises that each lot is 400 but when you receive your delivery, this seller send you half of what is advertised and he refuses to accept that he has done so..i bought 5 lot...5x400 is 2000 pieces. Attached see what we have received by the carrier company ...on the package says 5 x 400 lot but we receive only 10 piece of 100 lot
